Mturk, short for Amazon Mechanical Turk is a great work at home job for those who needs lots of flexibility. With Mturk, you can work when you want and for how long you want. The pay may seem low as you look through hits but it adds up quicker than you think.
 

Visit Mturk.com and start an account. 

Browse through the different hits. There are literally thousands of different hits. Some are easy, some are difficult. Some pay well, others don't.

Try out different hits. You will enjoy some and absolutely hate others. Find hits that you are able to complete quickly which will help you make more money. Some hits pay very little, such as .02 but if you can do them fast, it adds up. Keep track of how much you make for each hit and how long you worked that hit. This way you can figure out which hits are most profitable for you. 

To try a hit, click on view hit in this group. Once the hit opens up, click on accept hit. If the hit seems impossible, return the hit.

Some hits require you to have qualifications. The easiest way to start is to search out surveys which pay a little more than regular hits.

Note: 

Your earnings are held for the first 10 days. At the end of the ten days, all of the money you have earned will be paid to you.

You must have a minimum of 10 dollars in your account before you can transfer it to your bank.

You will be limited the first week or so to 90-100 hits but after that week, the sky is the limit.      

Some hits are better than others, it will take time to find your niche and what works best for you.
